Current Operational Interests

Bilbo/Wapiti

The majority of the company’s net production of 200MCFD natural gas, and about 15 BPD of NGL’s comes from the Wapiti area of NW Alberta. The primary producing zones are the Fahler, Cadomin and Cardium zones that also produce significant amounts of NGL liquids and condensate in conjunction with the natural gas.

Moco has a net 6.25% working interest in three producing gas wells and a 10% GORR in a producing Cardium oil well operated by NuVista Resources Ltd. It also maintains a small working interest in two gas compressors and a gathering line that feeds into the nearby Conoco operated main gathering system to the CNRL operated Wapiti deep cut plant. Moco pays processing fees to use the gathering system and deep cut plant.

Lindbergh

Moco’s has a 20-40% working interest in three sections of land at Lindbergh in NE Alberta where one well currently produces approximately 50MCFD net to Moco from the shallow Colony formation. The area has seen no activity due to low gas prices however there is potential to drill for more Colony reserves on these lands.

Grand Forks

The third area of operations is located at Grand Forks in SE Alberta. This property consists of a 5% working interest in one suspended oil well that Moco participated in the drilling of in 1990. Although the well was successful, there does not appear to be any potential for any further development on these lands.
